Finca Montaña Tremesana Lanzarote

The Montaña Tremesana finca consists of a partly 200 year old farmhouse, which over time has been lovingly restored and expanded. It is located in Yaiza, in the immediate vicinity of Montañas del Fuego, in the Timanfaya National Park. Several times during the past years, the village has been designated as one of the most beautiful places in Spain.

The residential building itself has a living space of approx. 90 m2, a beautiful large living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, a guest toilet and a spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a guest room and a large patio that faces south, which invites you to relax and sunbathe. All rooms are accessed by the patio (courtyard) as it is typical for a historical canarian house. Up to 3 persons can reside here. The modern and tasteful furnishings give this holiday residence an exclusive and cozy atmosphere. There is satellite TV and Internet access. Your pets (dog, cat) are also welcome here.

There are several restaurants in the village of Yaiza, as well as a typical tapas bar, a supermarket, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy and an art gallery. Only a few kilometers away there are several very beautiful beaches, such as the Playa de Janubio, the Playas de Papagayo, and the black beaches close to the little village of El Golfo.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.

The prices mentioned apply per night for 2 persons. One additional person may be possible, we will charge 15 EUR therefore.
