Loft Bogavante

Loft Bogavante is a wonderfully situated apartment, directly in the first line to the waterfront with a clear view of the sea by the large living room window. Lie down in the lounger designed by Le Corbusier, just in front of the panoramic window, and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean!

Or go up the few steps over the glazed patio to access the sun terrace on the rooftop of the building. There are sun loungers, a covered patio, also a closed but glazed pavilion and, of course: The Atlantic right outside the door. However, you must share this rooftop terrace with the two small studios in the house, but therefore it is really big enough and forms a great setting for unforgettable evenings in Arrieta directly at the seafront.

The Loft Bogavante lies in the ground floor of the building and is accessible by ground level from the village street, even if the flat itself is opposite to the street, showing to the Ocean. There is also a small staircase leading directly down to the water.

Inside the Loft Bogavante apartment you will find one bedroom for two persons with a direct-attached and large bathroom, which has like all other rooms direct Ocean views by the the windows. The living room with its open kitchen is very comfortable and elegantly furnished, without looking too much at the money when it was designed - so far the owner himself lived in this apartment and this of course is reflecting - among others - in the furniture and equipment of this luxury accommodation. Both, kitchen and sofa area are made extremely pleasant, and invite you to spend your holidays here!

Included in the price: 2 x per week a small intermediate cleaning. Bed linen and towels will be provided and weekly changed. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.

Price per night for 2 persons: 120 eur. End-of-stay cleaning: 1 daily rent
